Raise your hand if you LOVE healthy FATS!!! We all know my slight obsession with nut butters, but I also make sure to eat plenty of avocados, mixed nuts, and I always cook with olive oil, and now ghee too. I will 100% admit that I used to be one of those people who was scared of FATS. But this was back in the day when I honestly had no clue as to how to properly nourish my body. Times have changed and I am older and wiser and more in tune with my body and its needs. I LOVE fats! I eat a lot of fats!
